Oh what a weekend...had a few (31) friends to the camp/cottage

for the weekend. LOVED EVERY MIN

Shop Till you Drop

WOW...Words can not describe how great the weather was yesterday for Canton. Oh my and you would never believe the economy is in trouble with the amount of people shopping. I can tell you I did my share of spending to help (CASH ONLY).
I asked a few shoppers and most agreed that there were more booths with picture frames made with wide boards. Not sure if that would be considerd the hot new crafty item.

My first picture is out of order, but we saw TONS of pillowcase dresses.

Thought I'd share a picture of Sisters' booth....Her plaques and tassels would make any gift giver look great.

Every year Britt and I head over to Mississippi for the big craft show. If you visit Susie's(sister)blog she has left already. She has a booth on the courthouse square and I am so proud of her. She works so very hard preparing. Check back, will have pictures of the hottest new crafty (is this a real word) ideas.

Homecoming 08

Nothing like a child telling you he wanted a date for homecoming two days before the dance....told him NO....Go to the football game and the mother of the girl he was going to ask wanted to know what time the dance was. Seems that he asked her and did not see her at school later to tell her that he could not go.
Then nothing like hearing the morning of the dance that all of the little group is meeting at my home to take pictures. I just wanted to pull my hair out....not to mention what I wanted to do to my son.But as you can tell by the pictures he was so happy and having fun that I am almost over it....






Had to have a pic. with him. Just realized he is getting taller or am I shrinking already?

Good thing I have connections a the florist!
